Calm Rainy Day

Serenity. Tranquility. SILENCE!!!! It's just so beautiful!

While dreading cleaning my half-organized-maggot infested room, I thought I'd just slack off and blog a little. But, since I have no clue what to blog about, I'm gonna do this thing a friend of mine emailed me.

But before I do that, let me explain the whole maggot thing: Yesterday, I was taking a nap when I awoke to this creepy-crawly freaking-looking worm thing on my hand. I'm guessing it was a maggot, since my room is a little bit of a mess right now. Anyway, I'm taking precaution and cleaning the heck out of my room, since I'm deathly afraid of bugs. **To All those people I'm sending stuff too, DON'T worry, lol, I keep my craft stuff in a whole different room on the other side of my house and my room is the absolutely only room with the bug problem. And my room is always shut off from the rest of the house** Although I only saw one, it's war!!! lol, my dad still thinks it was lint, but I'm so paranoid I won't even sleep in my room.

Just a normal summer day

Yup.....just a normal summer day, nothing of interest here.. eating burnt pizza, yelling at my little sister to "Put that down now!!" and "Stop before you get hurt!".

Lol, ok, so, I'm not a very good liar. A lot is going on right now. I'm in another swap, I'm probably receiving my package tommorrow, and I'm trying to pursue my acting. I'm really excited, and I just can't hide it! Seriously, I'm about to lose control--and I think I like it!!

Ok, enough with the Pointer's Sister flashback.

Well, my partner sent out a few days ago and I am EXTREMELY excited! lol, today, I actually sat outside and waited for her to come. But still, no package. Alas, I think it's going to come tommorrow. Eeeeek I just hate surprises!! Lol, I need to know!!

Oh yeah, and I've joined another swap!! Which I hope, will go smashingly well.
My personal swap is going along great, although a shipment I need to finish one of my crafts hasn't come in yet sooo....yeah. I'm probably going to be finishing up my other craft this weeknd at my sister's Graduation Open House.
lol, speaking of which my big sis has finally graduated and we're sending her off with a big bash. I'm so proud of her!

And as for my acting "career", I found a great role! It's pretty big, but I'd like to keep it on the hush for privacy and other reasons. I can tell you that I was going to audition for an acting school but I decided not to because it's the same day as my sister's Open House!!! yikes! Anyways, I have to learn how to dance....Well, not "dance" but how to follow choreography. I know how to dance but following choreography always leaves me stumped. Well, I'll keep you updated with my career but that's not mainly what my blog is about....

umm..so, yeah, that's it for now! lol, I feel like I'm forgetting something but I'll be sure to spill about it--once I remember!!

♪School's Out For The Summer!♪

Yes, yes, you've heard right! School is officially out, and it's time for the serious blog-change that I promised. I know the new look isn't snazzy--YET, but I'm hoping to improve that as soon as I get Photoshop...
Anyway, next, are is the contests that I also promised. I'm hoping to get more readers who comment and I'd love to share all my craftyness. xD

Also, I've joined a few Craft-Alongs...one, most importantly, a 50 Projects In A Year-Along. I know the year is half-over, but I thought it would would cool to post all of my crafts varying from holiday gifts to special little things for me here on the ole' blog frontier.

Although the rainy/hot weather has been PERFECT for crafting, I haven't been able to do much because of my busy schedule I'm definitely going to be starting once again for a personal swap I'm in.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. I have a new obsession.....can you guess? Ok, so you probably won't be able to, but it's trying out famous "copycat" recipes that taste like the real deal!! Strange Conversations

lol, soo, I thought I'd share some of the weird converstaions I've had this week:

Me talking to my friend:

Me: Hey, you know what?

My friend: What?

Me: I'm getting married.

My friend: What are you talking about? You're 14.

Me: I know but he's HOTT.

My friend: Oh, you mean like how said you were going to marry Taylor Lautner?

Me: Yeah, but I'm still going to marry him. But he's going to go to Iraq & doesn't have time for me, so I'm divorcing him.

My friend: Wait, what?

Me: First, I'm going to get married to Taylor. He wants to focus on settling down quickly & becoming a doctor/being in the army, so I divorce him. But our daughter comes to lives with me & Tahj.

My friend: Who's Tahj?

Me: Tahj Mowry. My second husband. He cheated on me, so things didn't work out.

My friend: So.....what are we talking about?

Me: I'm getting married. duh.

My friend: But you're divorced....twice.

Me: No, you didn't let me finish. After I leave Tahj, I'm going to get married to......

My friend: To who??

Me: umm....I forgot his name...

My friend: You forgot your husband's name?

Me: I guess. But it doesn't matter..he really likes me.

My friend: But it's your husband!

Me: Husband?! What are you talking about I'm 14!! I'm too young to be married.

*And this went on for a while....lol*

My conversation with my sister:

Kaiya (my sister): YAHHHHHHHHH!! I'm a superhero! *starts punching me*

Me: Ouch! What are you doing? Am I a supervillian or something??

Kaiya: yup. *continues to hit me*

Me: *glances at the tv. hmm, the news is on....* HEY! SUPERHERO GIRL!! There's a fire on Main Street!!! Go go go!!! Blue Skidooed into the tele!!! You can too!! Go go go!!

Kaiya: YAHHH! *runs to the tv while I run away to my rooom

*1 hour later.....*

Me: Hey Supergirl, what's up?

Kaiya: I'm not supergirl anymore.

Me: Oh. Who are you then?

Kaiya: I'm a boy dancer.

Me: Wait what?!

Kaiya: A boy dancer.

Me: umm, ok....what's that??

*And this went on and on until she decided to be both a superhero & a boy dancer...whatever that is.*I know this sounds weird, but these are the kind of conversations that grace my everyday life. Oh god, I need to hang out with other people!!! Lol j/k...*
