Hello, New Me.

Well, I know it's been a looooong time since I've posted (sorry!) and I've been pretty busy.

Anyway, I'm reading this book called Growing Taller Secrets--It's one of those little online books and despite not knowing if it'll work or not, I'm definitely going to give it a shot.

Well, I know it's basically stretching excercises and stuff, but what the heck? I don't have anything to lose.....

On top of the stretching excercises, I'm eating healthier (haha, I went to the drugstore, and I got some vitaminwater, Hershey's Special Dark, & Kashi GoLean Chewy Cookies-n-Cream Protein/Fiber Bar...what? Those were the "healthiest"-looking things I saw!), doing more Yoga, and I'm going to try to get more sleep.

For those of you who don't know, I'm 14 and 5'0. Not very tall, and according to my doctor, I'm only going to grow 2 more inches. Normally, I would ignore this, but I'm taking this under deep considersation because my parents aren't very tall, either, and they & my older sister were taller than me at my age.

Ugh. Well, I do get teased A LOT for my height but that's not the reason I'm doing it. I feel this is a great way to become more active and if I do happen to get taller, why not?

I guess it's part of my whole summer makeover. No, not frilly little dresses and makeup, but a new wardrobe and a few new hairstyles. My self-consiciousness finally kicked in and I decided to "revamp my look", so here I am.

Sooo....I think I better go do some yoga......Adios.
