Happy Birthday To Me!!!

Yup, yup, I'm the big 1-4 now! Well, umm, not yet but I will be tomorrow-- I thought I should post today since I'll be busy on my b-day!!! And I also have to say this one thing-- THANK GOD IT'S ON A SATURDAY!!! Lol. Ok, I'm done.

I'm finishing up my swap package and I'm going to try to send it out by Saturday... If not, it's going to be sent on the 15th, I guess. :( Well, I've made lotsa goodies so I'll be sure to post pics of those once my swap partner receives so yeah, be in for a treat!!

Life is a little bland right now, but I have to say I'm happy... I have like 2 huge projects I'm working on for school: Create a costume reflecting my heritage -AND- make a native american gameboard for history class. They sound pretty fun but I am seriously freaking out.... I guess I gotta load up on some cash!!!

Well, off to 4th block....I can't wait to go over my friend's house and work on our project!!! Then, tomorrow I can make some "swap sweets" 4 Lacey (Hey Lacey!!) and get some presents from the 'rents (*LOL, if they remembered!!*)!! Adios amigos!

Dear Mister Tree, Won't You Hug Me?

Ok, with Earth Day tommorrow (I think?) and all I'm slightly depressed.... not because it's Earth Day, it's just we're going to this park or w/e to clean up and I really don't feel I fit in. LOL, yeah I have friends but not any "best" friends ya know? And those friends always tend to brush off into other groups leaving lil ole' me alone! Sooo, yup, since the entire school's gonna be gone the whole day, I think I'll just ask my mommy can I stay home because there's no point of going to school....hmm, maybe I'll have to make up some lame excuse like "Hey, it's Earth Day! Isn't driving me all the way out to school adding to the problem?!?" lol.

Anyway, I realllly gotta finish my Swap box, and I want to make it special for my first swap and all---ya know? Anyway, I'm reallly excited to see what I get and if my swap partner ♥s what I got her!!!

Ahhhhh, nevertheless (w/e that means...LMAO), I've had a crap-happy weekend, yet, I did have some good highlights of the weekend. I bet I cried just about 100x's and that resulted in choking myself *eek! no, not kill myself!*...

Welllllllllllllll, I just hope things get better but things don't seem to be panning out like they should. I guess I have to just keep on movin forward and take every blow that comes my way..... *sigh*

It's Official....

Yup, it's official! No... I haven't kicked my teacher's a**. It's even better! Ok, so before I left for vacation, I signed up for a SWAP!!! And while I was on vacation, I bought all this stuff (a BUNCH of stuff so I could make sure I bought them a few gifts that suited them already at least....) and I really hope my swap partner ♥s it!

Anyway, so I think things are going pretty darn well for me right now... I got a good report card (which surprises me....A LOT), I'm in a swap, and I met the coolest♥ person ever!!



Well, hmmm, I think I should start working on my swap partner's box, (which is almost full already due to my schtizo shopping today....haha) I'm going to start off making some stuff and then when I go again shopping whenever, I can stuff the box w/ goods and make some more stuff...

Well, next time, be prepared for some back news, 'cause I don't want to break it to ya today..... :(

My Trip To Chicago

OMFG.

Oh my gawd. wtf. None of these words describes my mood right now!!

Ok, so it all started when I was at Walmart w/ my mom, pickin ^ some new glasses because I kinda, umm--stepped on mine... Well, after we were done getting my glasses, we browsed the store and then, I heard someone calling my name.

My mom told me to go to the front and get a cart, because she was ready to go on a spree. Well, as I walked up to the dilluted Walmart worker (who probably had OCD because he was arranging the carts in a perfect straight line, in 5 perfect rows) and grabbed the cart, my ex-crush and the guy that liked me since the 3rd grade was standing there and I just stopped. A LOT can change in so little time. Lol, and I mean for him, not me. I, a geeky 5'0, while he stood tall with a little facial hair. My jaw dropped. I then thought, "OMG my hair's a mess!" and "WTF am I wearing?!" and the ever popular "I have a zit! I HUUUGE zit staring at him right now!" Welll, as those thoughts rushed through my head I nodded him off and said my goodbye. I hurried through the store getting stuck in the Electronics department where I ran into 5 unhappy customers.

I finally caught up with my mom and we continued to shop. Then, I saw him again. He told me it was nice seeing me again and I again, nodded him off. OMG! What was I thinking?! This could've all been prevented if I would've woke my bigfoot up earlier and I would'nt have stepped on my glasses!!! I mean, that was puuurty awkard...it's not like I still like or anything, he's cute, but wow. I mean ,woooow. That has got to be one of the most embarrassing things that has ever happened to me.

I think I'm too horrifyied to talk about my recent trip to Chicago (let's just say someone was about to get b*slapped....), so I'll post pics tommorrow....and please, pray for me!

Yes, that's Katie and she's a little dilluted. Don't worry, since the filming, she has going to countless doctors. Sadly, none of them know what's wrong with her.....

But, after munching on EXTREMELY buttery popcorn & very sweeet candy, AND laughing iy up, my problems seemed to well, melt away (but my calories didn't.....lol).

Well, I gotta go! Me and my cuzzo are trying to hang out this weekend.....Have a great weekend everyone and god bless!

Easter Crafts: Revealed

Ok, so I bet you're wondering what I'm making and I know I've left you in suspense for a few days (sorry!) welllll, here it is!!:
Generic Oreo Balls!
What You Need:

*Oreos, Chocolate Chips (Or Chocolate Bark), & A Package of Cream Cheese*

Instructions:

Get Your Oreos....

...


And Crunch 'em all up until it is fine...*I recommend using a food proccessor (is that what they're called?) because your KitchenAid probably won't get them to that fine consistency.


Next, put the smashed up oreos & some softened cream cheese in your KitchenAid. Turn it up until it looks like this and there aren't any chunks in the dough. Form into balls and refrigerate for an hour. *I put mine on a cookie sheet covered w/ wax paper..*


After the hour, melt some chocolate by microwaving it for a few minutes (I'd say 2 mins or less...) and mix the chocolate up.


Dip the oreo balls in chocolate and place them back on the cookie sheet. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Enjoy w/ a tall glass of milk!

Bloggish Blog

I've been looking at my blog and, I've been thinking, "Ehhh, looks a little bland!" So, I'm going to blog up my blog. Well, for starters I'll start adding pics of my crafts especially with Easter coming up and all...

Well, anyway, today I completely lost it. After sitting in class looking up research for my project with my friend on a laptop, my friend told the Idiot to try and get info by tommorrow so I daintly (ok, not daintly) told him he better bring his stuff in tommorrow because he's not doing---crap. Well, he fussed back at me telling me it was too hard to print stuff out and I yelled right back at him telling him, "All you had to do was go on Wikipedia, copy the info you're supposed to have down and print it!!!" I just hope he gets the message. Everyone else in my class did. Oops.

Weellll, after that I went to science class where my teacher once again neglected to give me credit for the homework I did but not give me credit for the stuff I didn't. So, I sat down about to doze off (hey, if she's not going to give me fair credit for stuff I do, why bother???) when my nose started to bleed! That was reallllly embarrassing! But, I guess it's not as embarrassing as me calling a TOTAL STRANGER and chasing after him thinking he was my friend. Yikes.



As for Easter, I think things are coming along slowly but surely. Today I started working on a Nekomimi doll for my little sis, but I'm changing the doll up since I'm not a huge fan of Anime. Off to work I go.

As for tutes, don't worry, they'll be here in a matter of days. My first tute will involve the following ingredients for a teensy-weensy hint:

Topsy-Turvey Tuesday

Ok, so conferences are today (which I'm going to try to avoid) and school is so hectic. My grade went down in science for the most stupid reason and I'm so p/oed. I'm 2 points away from Bs in the classes I'm getting Cs in and I hope I can turn them around by the end of the marking period. In other words, SCHOOL IS SOO HECTIC!!!

My "friend" (k, he is my friend i dunno why i did the air quotes...haha) is trying to "hook me ^" w/ his friend and I'm like WOOOOOOOOW...weird. 'Guess it's kinda awkard. But he is SORTA cute....hm.

Lol, on to Craft-Related News. I cut out the rest of the fabric for my Pointy Kitty so I'm hoping to finish that today if I'm not too busy. Also, my mom's taking me to the craft store this weekend so I think I need to go to my friend's house to finish the stupid project....THAT'S DUE NEXT WEEK!!!!! And the "Thing" that we're working w/ still isn't doing a god-damn thing. Ah well, I hope he fails.

At least I can still look forward to the weekend. My cousins are taking me to the movies to go see Meet The Browns & Horton Hears A Who so we can see a movie and our sisters can see Horton. I really really need to go to a hair salon for the first time 'cuz I'm getting so sick of wearing my hair the same way every single day. I might go to this dominican hair salon since my hair is somewhat that texture and they are really really good.

Ahh, the luck of the Irish!

Hello & Happy St. Patty's Day! Although I didn't wear a hint of green today, I decided to put this cute little shamrock on my page for good luck.

With Easter coming early this year, I've started making my Easter gifts a little late....as in Saturday!!! So far, I have made:

- A Pointy Kitty

-A sock bunny

-My sister's dress *sorta unfinished* (which I never gave to her so it's gonna be a Easter gift)

-1 Cascarone Lol, gotta make lots more!

As you can see I have lots of work to do and I have like 4 different projects due soon so again, my life is really really hectic. Anyway, I'm planning to make lots more stuff so I gotta hurry.

Aside from my whacked out life I can't wait till 'cause I'll get to spend time w/ the familia, chillax, wear my new outfit, go to church and possibly see some old friends, and eat candy! It'll be nice to get away from all the drama for once. But hopefully, the drama will stay away and just let me have the holidays off [drama] because I need a vacation from the stress and the pressure it's just so friggin crazy.

Well, on a craftier note, I'm gonna make Generic Oreo Balls!! I'm making them for my class in a week or so, so they can eat something while we present and I hope we/they like em!
